Thank you so much for supporting my small business! Your satisfaction means everything to me, and I hope you love every piece you receive. Every order includes a little goodie bag with small crystals, a sticker, and a business card!

GENERAL INFORMATION

Processing time is 3–7 days. Any delays will be announced on Instagram or TikTok @selenoriacrystals.

After Instagram feed or LIVE sales, payment is due within 24 hours. Non-payers will be blocked from future sales if there is no communication before the 24 hours are up. This is to ensure others have a fair chance at purchasing crystals!

RETURNS & DAMAGES

I do not accept cancellations, returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please shop intentionally.
All orders are packed carefully, but if something arrives damaged, please send photos and your order number via email at selenoria111@gmail.com within 24 hours for shop credit eligibility.

SHIPPING

Once shipped, USPS is responsible for your package. Any lost-package claims must be filed with them.
You can choose USPS Priority Mail at checkout for faster shipping and up to $100 insurance.
Shipping costs are calculated by weight and size at checkout. Orders ship once paid in full.

INSTAGRAM & TIKTOK SALES

No swaps, put-backs, or switching pieces during or after sales.
Claim by entering the item’s code—whoever shows first on my device wins.
Your IG/TikTok username will be used for your custom listing.
Non-payers after 24 hours will be blocked, and items will be resold.
